- Once approved, we will arrange a replacement copy at no additional cost. Refunds for books are only issued if a replacement is not available.
Dropshipping Products
- Returns for dropshipping products are accepted within 30 days of delivery, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned with proof of purchase.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Because dropshipping items are fulfilled by third-party suppliers, return addresses and processing times may vary. Our support team will provide instructions once a return request is approved.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
