Orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday).
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (EST) are processed the same day. Orders placed after business hours or on holidays will be processed the next business day.

    No International Shipping:

    We currently ship only within the United States. Worldwide shipping is not available at this time.

    Order Tracking

    Split Shipments

    Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on product availability or warehouse location. There are no additional shipping charges for split shipments.

    Order Changes & Cancellation

    • Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placement.
    • After this period, orders may already be processed and cannot be changed or canceled.

    Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

    If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

    • Contact us within 30 days of delivery
    • Provide a photo of the item
    • We will offer a replacement or refund

    Delivered but Not Received

    If tracking shows your order as delivered but you cannot locate it:

    • Check around your property
    • Check with neighbors or building management
    • Contact the shipping carrier
