Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return requirements
- Items must be unused and in the same condition as received
- Items must be returned in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Please note: We do not charge any restocking fees. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method.
Return Shipping Timeframe
Once a return is approved, the item must arrive at our warehouse within 30 days.
Returns that arrive late may be refused.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if items:
- Have been used or worn
- Are damaged after delivery
- Are missing original packaging or parts
- Show signs of misuse or abuse
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include photos of the issue.
We will provide either:
- A free replacement, or
- A full refund
If a return is required for faulty items, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and include original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
If approved, we will provide a free replacement. Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
Missing Parcels Marked as Delivered
If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you cannot find it:
- Check safe places around your property
- Ask neighbours or building management
- Contact the courier directly
If you still need help, contact us and we will assist you.
Sale Items
Items purchased on sale or discount are considered final sale and cannot be refunded or cancelled.
