- All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
- For dropshipping items, processing times may vary depending on supplier location and inventory availability. You will be notified if delays are expected.

Expedited Shipping
- Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days

Dropshipping Products
- Delivery times vary based on supplier location and product type
- Estimated delivery: 7–15 business days
- Items may ship separately if fulfilled by different suppliers
Shipping Rates
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location, shipping method, and order weight.
- Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time and will be clearly displayed on the website.
International Shipping
- We ship to select international destinations.
- Estimated international delivery time: 10–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or international carriers.
Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
- Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.
Split Shipments
- Orders containing both books and dropshipping items may arrive in separate packages with different tracking numbers.
- This helps ensure faster and more reliable delivery.
Address Accuracy
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.
- We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.

Delivery Issues & Lost Packages
- If your order is delayed, lost, or damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
- We’ll work with the carrier or supplier to resolve the issue, including replacements or refunds where applicable.
